“Janbhagidari se Jankalyan” is theme of GoI’s New Year calender

Information and Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw today unveiled the Government of India Calendar for 2025 in New Delhi. The government has chosen “Janbhagidari se Jankalyan” as the central theme for its 2025 calendar, underscoring the ethos of transformative governance. Unveiling the calendar at Rail Bhawan, Mr. Vaishnaw highlighted the visible impact of transformative governance across various sectors over the past decade. He emphasized the role of transformative governance in improving the welfare of the poor, empowering women, and driving infrastructure development across the nation. The Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting, Dr. L. Murugan, Secretary, of Information and Broadcasting, Sanjay Jaju, Principal Director General, PIB, Dhirendra Ojha, and Director General, of Central Bureau of Communication, Yogesh Baweja were among those who present the occasion.

It has been designed and produced by the Central Bureau of Communication. From programs like Swachh Bharat Mission to initiatives like Ayushman Bharat, citizen participation has been central to the success of government schemes.
