World Boxing Cup: Indian Pugilist Jadumani Singh enters semi-finals

Indian pugilist Jadumani Singh Mandengbam edged Great Britain’s Ellis Trowbridge in a 3-2 split decision to enter the 50kg semifinals at the World Boxing Cup Brazil 2025. He will face former Asian U-22 champion Asilbek Jalilov next.

India’s campaign ended in the 75kg, 85kg, and 90+kg categories, with Nikhil Dubey, Jugnoo, and Narender suffering defeats. Lakshya Chahar lost 0-5 to Brazil’s Wanderley Pereira in the 80kg opener.
