Two-day-long Hojagiri festival to be held on October 11 and 12 next

Agartala, Sep 3: The 30th state level Hojagiri festival will be held on October 11 and 12 in the premises of Khedachera Secondary School.

In order to mark the occasion, a preparatory meeting chaired by Social Welfare and Social Education Minister Santana Chakma was held at Dhamcherra Block on Friday.

Fishery Department Minister Premkumar Reang, Additional District Magistrate of North District L. Darlong, BDO Damcherra- Swapnajit Sarkar and other officials attended the meeting.  

According to the decision taken in the meeting, a review meeting will be held on September 28 to assess the preparations for the festival.

Social Welfare and Social Education Minister urged everyone to maintain peace and order during the celebration of two-day long Hojagiri festival.
