Two Chief Ministers of BJP led Governments donate huge money to Tripura as flood relief

Agartala, Aug 26: Two Chief Ministers of BJP led Governments have come to the aid of Tripura during the deluge with huge donations to fight the damage caused by the flood.
Madhya Pradesh chief minister Mohan Yadav, has donated a cheque of Rs 20 crores towards flood relief effort in Tripura.
“On behalf of all the people of Tripura, many thanks to the honourable chief minister of Madhya Pradesh Mohan Yadavji and his government for standing by the people of Tripura by providing financial assistance of Rs 20 crores in this difficult time of Tripura. We firmly believe that with everyone’s co-operation in dealing with the flood situation in the state, we will once again return to normalcy and build a healthy Tripura” said chief minister Dr Manik Saha in a social media post.
UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath has now donated Rs 10 crores by a cheque for flood relief work in Tripura. The cheque despatched by Yogi Adityanath reached Tripura chief minister Dr Manik Saha’s office today.
At least 27 persons have died and 1.38 lakh people displaced and forced to take shelter in camps due to the flood. FD JK
