Tripura’s Nursing Candidate Secures High-Paying Job Opportunity in Japan

Agartala, Mar 6 (FD) The Directorate of Skill Development, Government of Tripura, in collaboration with NSDC International, has facilitated international job opportunities for the state’s youth. As a result of this initiative, Trishna Sarkar, a nursing candidate from Udaipur, has secured a job in Japan with a starting monthly salary of ₹1 lakh.

She completed a nine-month Japanese language training in New Delhi, fully sponsored by the Directorate of Skill Development, which covered all her expenses, including training, travel, and other costs. This initiative highlights the state government’s commitment to skill enhancement and employment generation for the youth.

Following Trishna’s success, six more nursing candidates from Tripura have begun preparing for similar opportunities, with their expenses also covered by the government. This effort is expected to create new career paths for healthcare professionals and strengthen India-Japan ties in the medical sector.

The Director of Skill Development, Mhd. Sajad P., confirmed this development in a press release, emphasizing the government’s dedication to providing global employment opportunities for Tripura’s youth. FD SB
