Tripura Govt unveils new state logo, highlights culture and heritage

Agartala, Jan 8 (FD) The Tripura Government has officially adopted a new state logo, as announced by Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on social media.
Dr. Saha stated that the Union Home Ministry has approved the emblem, emphasizing its role in showcasing Tripura's rich cultural heritage and historical significance. The emblem was proposed by the state government through letter no. F. 76(39)-ICA/2022/CUL dated October 28, 2024.
Following an evaluation under Rule 4(2) of the State Emblem of India (Regulation of Use) Rules, 2007 (amended in 2010), it received the Ministry of Home Affairs' approval. The government believes the new logo will enhance Tripura’s identity and representation on national platforms. FD SB
