Tripura Govt emphasizes transparency in Public Service appointments

Agartala, July 3 (FD) In a ceremony held at the Panchayati Raj Training Institute in Arundhati Nagar, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha reaffirmed the Tripura government’s commitment to transparency under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Chief Minister emphasized that transparency is a cornerstone of the government’s policies, ensuring that public services are delivered without compromise.
During the event, Dr. Saha highlighted that the state government is dedicated to transparency in all aspects, including job allocations and the implementation of various government projects. He pointed out that the appointment of new employees is conducted transparently, with job recipients selected based on merit. “Today, all those receiving job offers have been selected through a transparent process, showcasing their qualifications,” he said.
The Chief Minister praised the state's children for excelling in their respective fields and encouraged the new appointees to demonstrate their best through diligent work. He urged them to play a leading role in the vision of "One Tripura, Shrestha Tripura."
Chief Secretary J. K. Sinha echoed the Chief Minister’s sentiments, urging the new government employees to dedicate themselves to public service with sincerity. GA (P&T) Department Secretary Apoorba Roy announced that 474 individuals selected through TPSC received their appointment letters, including 2 CDPOs, 34 ICDS Supervisors, 395 Panchayat Executive Officers, and 43 PA Grade II posts.
The event was attended by notable figures including MLA Minarani Sarkar and other departmental secretaries. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha personally handed over appointment letters to 27 job recipients from three different departments. FD SB
