To compensate for the reduced number of working days, office hours on weekdays have been revised. Additionally, five posts of Inspector of Small Savings under the Finance Department will be filled through the Tripura Public Service Commission.
The minister further stated that several expenditure control measures have also been introduced in line with the appeal made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi considering the recent situation in the Middle East.
The measures include conducting government meetings virtually whenever possible, increasing the use of electric and CNG vehicles, reducing the use of official vehicles at the administrative level, and avoiding large-scale political gatherings.
