Tripura CM inaugurates Civil Service Officer’s Institute

Agartala, May 18 (FD) Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Sunday laid the foundation stone for the Civil Services Officer’s Institute (CSOI) at Kunjaban here which would provide infrastructures and support system for the civil service officers in the state.
The officers also organised a blood donation camp in the premises. Among others, Chief Secretary, J.K.Sinha, DGP Anurag Dhyankar, PCCF, R.KShyamal and Secretary Kiran Gitye were present among others.
The facility would be created at a cost of Rs.31 crore which would provide library, recreational spaces, Health and Wellness centre, food court, good seminar rooms, which would be completed within a stipulated time frame of two years.
He said, I had noticed such facilities in other states and the project was sanctioned as soon as the proposals came to him. CM said Tripura has now delivered good governance and hoped that this project would help civil service officers to provide better services to people. FD JK
