Tripura CM Dr. Manik Saha meets PM Modi in New Delhi, holds discussion on developmental issues

Agartala, Sept 05 (FD) Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha who left for Delhi yesterday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Monday.
While interacting with the Prime Minister, Dr. Saha highlighted the progress of various projects of health, education, commerce, infrastructural development and ongoing projects of Central and State Governments.
The Prime Minister however, assured necessary assistance for overall development of Tripura.
“Prime Minister has assured to further extend the necessary assistance of the Central Government for the overall development of Tripura,” Dr Saha wrote in a social media post.
He further wrote, “Under his dynamic leadership, vision and guidance we are committed to work hard for the people of Tripura.”
The chief minister Dr Manik Saha left the state for Delhi to discuss certain issues like rehabilitation of Reang refugees, nomination of candidate for Rajya Sabha and border haat (market) with the union home minister Amit Shah.
