Tripura Board Declares Madhyamik and Higher Secondary Results 2025

Agartala, April 30 (FD) The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) officially announced the results of the Madhyamik (Class 10) and Higher Secondary (Class 12) Examinations for 2025 at its headquarters on Wednesday. This year, the Madhyamik pass percentage reached 86.53%, while the Higher Secondary pass rate stood at 79.29%, showing a slight improvement over the previous year.
A total of 29,670 students appeared for the Madhyamik examination—13,861 boys and 15,809 girls—out of 35,353 registered candidates. The pass rates across districts showed strong performances, with South Tripura (90.69%), Gomati (90.42%), and Sepahijala (89.93%) leading the Madhyamik results. Notably, 345 schools recorded a 100% pass rate, and none had a complete failure.
For the Higher Secondary exams, 21,506 students—9,920 boys and 11,586 girls—sat for the tests, out of 24,250 registered candidates. Sepahijala district led with a pass percentage of 87.98%, followed by South Tripura (82.47%) and West Tripura (82.20%). A total of 39 schools secured a 100% pass rate, while three schools unfortunately recorded 100% failure: Hmawngchuan HS School, Kheda Cherra HS School, and Rashiram Academy of Mandai.
TBSE President Dr. Dhananjay Gan Chowdhury and Secretary Dulal De addressed the press, stating that detailed information, including Madrasa results and top scorers, would be released after final verification. FD JK
