Tipra Motha Chairman Pradyot holds Meeting with Tripura CM to discuss political and administrative matters

Agartala, Jun 30 (FD) The chairman of Tipra Motha, Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma, recently had a productive meeting with Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha at the chief minister's official residence. The meeting, held on Thursday night, revolved around various issues concerning politics and administration in the state.
After the meeting, Debbarma spoke to reporters and expressed optimism about the outcomes of their discussions. While he did not divulge specific details related to topics such as Greater Tipraland and the Roman script for Kokborok, he emphasized that certain matters were meant to remain confidential between him and the chief minister.
While specific details of the discussion were not disclosed to the media, Debbarma did mention that he raised concerns regarding Greater Tipraland and the adoption of the Roman script for Kokborok. He emphasized his commitment to advocating for the development of the 'dofa' (community) without speaking against any other community.
During the meeting, Debbarma and the chief minister also discussed the budget allocation for the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) and the flow of funds to the autonomous tribal council.
Debbarma emphasized his stance against "boycott politics" and mentioned his past engagements with former chief minister Manik Sarkar and Biplab Kumar Deb on various issues.
