Three abducted girls from Dharmanagar return home unharmed

Agartala, Nov 8 (FD) Three students of class VI in the Sribhoomi Vidyabhawan HS school- in Dewanpasha Panchayats of Dharma Nagar subdivision, who were kidnapped by a Tomtom driver and his accomplices have returned home unharmed, police said today.
The three minor girls, who are students, were kidnapped by the driver of the Tomtom and his three accomplices, when they were returning home after school hours.
Police said they have come home unharmed and police launched a search operation to find the culprits.
The girls were taken to a rubber garden near the salt factory of Radhapur but were abandoned by the abductors.
When the anxious parents and closed relatives launched an aimless search in the nearby areas and also informed police, but suddenly received a phone call that their girls took refuge in their house.
Police said, the girls, when freed from the clutches of the abductors reached the house of one Niranjan Shukla Baidya near the rubber garden.
After hearing the whole episode from the girls, who came to his house, Baidya called up the local Panchayats members and also the relatives of the girls through mobile number collected from them.
On receipt of the information, police also rushed to the spot and managed to bring them back safely. FD JK
