Telengana Governor distributes scholarships at Teliamura

Agartala, Jan 9 (FD) Tripura’s former Deputy Chief Minister, who now holds the post of the Governor of Telengana state on Thursday distributed scholarships to the students of 15 schools in Teliamura sub-division of Khowai district.

The scholarship programme was organised by Kshitish Deb Memorial Social Welfare Committee at the Chitrangada Kala Kendra, which was also attended by the former Chief Justice of the Orissa High Court, former Principal of the MBB College, Shambhunath Rakshit and educationist, Manoranjan Gope.

This scholarship was introduced by the distinguished lawyer, Bhaskar Deb, which initiative was appreciated by the Telengana Governor.
