State transport minister Sushanta Chowdhury meets union minister

Agartala, April 19 (FD) The minister for food, transportation and information technology, Sushanta Chowdhury met the union railway minister, Ashwini Vaishnav, today in the latter's official residence in Delhi.

On the occasion of the Bengali New Year, Chowdhury complemented the union minister his best wishes and presented him a bouquet as a sign of his goodwill. He also spoke with Vaishnav on several issues and also asked the minister to take initiative in addressing the state's unresolved issues. The Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav attentively listened to all of Sushanta's remarks and agreed with the validity of his concerns. Vaishnav also pledged to look into Sushanta's concerns and fix them as soon as possible by taking suitable measures. FD SB JK
