State Expands CNG Network with 11 New Stations

Agartala, Sept 5 (FD) The Industries and Commerce Minister, Santana Chakma, announced that 23 CNG stations are currently operational across the state, with 11 additional stations ready but awaiting supply.

In response to a question raised by MLAs Bindu Debnath and Nirmal Biswas in the state assembly, Chakma highlighted that plans are in place to open four more CNG stations during this fiscal year, further expanding the state's CNG network to meet growing demand.

The minister emphasized the government's commitment to promoting cleaner energy sources. FD SB
