Six Bangladeshi infiltrators nabbed from Dharmanagar, who planned to travel to Ahmedabad

Agartala, July 18 (FD) Six Bangladeshi infiltrators have been nabbed from Inter State Bus Terminus in Dharmanagar of North District on Monday last, police said.
Officer –in Charge of Dharmanagar Police Station, Sibhu Ranjan Dey said acting on a tip-off about the suspicious movement of some persons in the Inter State Bus Terminus police inspected the area and found that some local people have already detained them.
On interrogation they revealed that they illegally entered in India from Belonia of South District on Sunday around 3:00 AM and came to Agartala and later reached Dharmanagar, said Police.
During interrogation it was known that the Bangladeshis were not carrying any valid travel documents.
They stated that they entered India with the help of a tout and paid Rs 7, 000, police said.
The Bangladeshi nationals were identified as Sarbin Begum, Billal Sheikh, Mohammad Saheb Ali, Hasi Begum, Chayanika Begum (3), Tanu Sheikh (5). They said they were planning to go to Ahmedabad. FD JK
