Priyanka Gandhi pay visit to Tripura & Manipur: Sudip

Agartala, Aug 21 (FD) Congress General Secretary, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra would pay visit to Manipur and Tripura soon, Congress leader, Sudip Roy Barman today said.  

Barman told reporters at the Congress Bhavan here that he has spoken to her for visit to the two north eastern states and she is scheduled to visit the states soon.

Barman was today felicitated at the Congress Bhavan by his supporters as he became the first Congress leader from Tripura to be inducted into the CWC, the party’s top decision-making body.

“My inclusion in CWC is the pride of the Congress workers of Tripura, who are struggling hard to organize the party courageously”, he told reporters.

Tripura Pradesh Congress Committee President, Asish Kumar Saha greeted Barman for his inclusion into CWC. FD JK
