President Draupadi Murmu to arrive Tripura on Oct 12 for two-day visit

Agartala, Oct 7 (FD) President Draupadi Murmu would pay two-day’s visit to Tripura from October 12, officials said.

She is scheduled to inaugurate several developmental projects virtually, and perform Puja at the temple of goddess Tripura Sundari at Udaipur on October 13.

The president will inaugurate the Tripura Judicial Academy at Narsingarh. Later on the same day, Murmu will be accorded a civic reception.

She will fly back to New Delhi in the afternoon.

According to sources, all security measures are being taken ahead of the President's visit.

Apart from this, road renovation work and cleaning activities near Udaipur Tripura Sundari Mandir are going on in full swing in view of the President's visit. FD PD JK
