The extension of the Delhi Airport Metro Express Line is nearly 2 km long.
The YashoBhoomi metro station will have three subways. One spanning 735 meters to link the station with the convention center, Central Arena, and exhibition halls; a second connecting the entry/exit across the Dwarka Motorway; and a third linking the Metro station to the foyer of the upcoming Yashobhoomi exhibition halls.
In addition, Delhi Metro intends to reduce travel time by elevating the operating speed of Metro trains on the Airport Express Line from 90 to 120 km/hr. This enhancement will allow for a travel duration of approximately 21 minutes between New Delhi and Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25.
The Prime Minister will also inaugurate the first phase of the India International Convention Centre (IICC), named YashoBhoomi in Dwarka, built at an investment of Rs 5,400 crore.
