He highlighted the government's development-oriented policies that have energized Indian industries, stating that India is now in an era marked by economic empowerment, innovation, and global competitiveness.
Outlining the vision of ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’, Birla said India’s trade policy, anchored in the philosophy of Atmanirbhar Bharat, mirrors the country's rising global stature. He emphasized that India has become a preferred destination for global investors, with a conducive business environment and a resilient post-pandemic economic recovery that serves as a beacon of hope for other developing nations.
Citing flagship initiatives such as Make in India, Digital India, Gati Shakti, Bharatmala Pariyojana, Udaan Yojana, and the rise of electronic manufacturing clusters, Birla spoke about the strengthening of India’s industrial backbone. He also praised policy simplifications, investor-friendly tax regimes, and the implementation of single-window clearances, which have all bolstered entrepreneurial spirit.
Birla lauded the role of startups and the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem in transforming India from a consumer-driven economy into a hub of innovation. He emphasized the impact of emerging technologies like AI and data analytics in driving economic growth, transparency, and productivity.

He noted that women today are not just participating but leading economic growth, and institutions like PHDCCI are pivotal in supporting this transformation.
