Pakistan Defence Minister admits supporting terrorist groups for 3 decades after Pahalgam attack

Pakistan is a country that has a multifaceted role in supporting terrorism. There is considerable and well-documented evidence which proves its direct links with terrorist groups and its role in providing financial assistance to such organisations.

In an interview with a British news channel, Pakistan’s Defence Minister, Khawaja Muhammad Asif, also admitted that they supported terrorist groups for three decades. This admission came in the wake of the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, raising fresh concerns about Pakistan’s involvement in regional instability.
