Odisha FC defeat Jamshedpur FC 3-2 to remain in the hunt for playoff berth in ISL

In Indian Super League Football, Odisha FC defeated Jamshedpur FC 3-2 at the JRD Tata Sports Complex yesterday. For Odisha FC, Hugo Boumous struck a brace to remain in the hunt for a playoff berth in the Indian Super League. He scored in the 37th and 53rd minutes after team-mate Dori had given their side the lead in the 21st minute. Jordan Murray (84th) and Stephen Eze (90+1) were the top scorers for Jamshedpur.

With this win, Odisha FC have climbed to the sixth spot with 33 points, but their league campaign has wrapped up. For their playoff chances, Odisha will now rely on Mumbai City FC to lose their remaining two matches.

Today, Hyderabad FC will clash against Punjab FC at 7;30 P.M. in Gachibowli Stadium, Hyderabad.
