NCC Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Camp Promotes Unity in Diversity

Agartala, Dec 17 (FD) The Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat initiative, a visionary program by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, continues to highlight India’s rich cultural diversity and unity. In line with this spirit, the NCC Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat camp was inaugurated today by Tripura Governor Indrasena Reddy Nallu at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Yuva Awas Stadium, Agartala.
The camp, organized by the Directorate of North Eastern NCC and 13-Tripura Battalion NCC, aims to foster national solidarity, mutual understanding, and cultural exchange among youth. In his inaugural address, Governor Nallu emphasized the role of such camps in promoting brotherhood and inspiring the cadets to contribute toward building a stronger and united India.
Around 500 NCC cadets from various states, including Delhi, West Bengal, Sikkim, Tripura, Manipur, Assam, Nagaland, Mizoram, and Meghalaya, are participating in the camp. The event will conclude on December 27.
Brigadier Kapil Sood, Group Commander of NCC Headquarters Silchar, delivered the welcome address, while Commanding Officer C Rajasekhar and other senior NCC officers attended the ceremony. The Governor interacted with cadets, encouraging them to uphold the nation’s values of unity in diversity.
