Men’s Junior Asia Cup: India to face Japan today in Oman

In Men’s Junior Asia Cup 2024, Indian team will face Japan in their second match at Muscat in Oman today.

On Saturday, India face Chinese Taipei and in the final group-stage encounter the team take on Korea on Sunday.

Indian junior men’s hockey team thrashed Thailand 11-0 in their Men’s Junior Asia Cup 2024 opener in Muscat, Oman yesterday.

Araijeet Singh Hundal scored a brace in the 2nd and 24th minutes, while Sourabh Anand Kushwaha and Gurjot Singh also netted braces.

Arshdeep Singh, Sharda Nand Tiwari, Dilraj Singh, Rohit, and Mukesh Toppo each added a goal to complete the dominant victory.

India controlled the game from start to finish, maintaining possession and showcasing solid defense throughout.
