Martyr’s day of Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru observed in Tripura

Agartala, Mar 23 (FD) Different Left oriented organisations today observed the 94th Martyr’s Day of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru at different places of the capital city and paid tribute to the martyrs.

DYFI local committee organised a blood donation camp at Harjan Colony where CITU state President, Manik Dey and the state Secretary Sudip Datta were present and discussed about the dreams of the martyrs of building a society, where all people can enjoy their rights.

The DYFI, TYF and TSU also paid tributes to the three martyrs. DYFI Secretary, Nabarun De and President of the organisation, Palash Bhowmik were present.

The All India Progressive Students Forum also commemorated the day. 

Sushanta Bhaumik, Member of AIPSF, said Bhagat Singh dreamt a society which would guarantee jobs, free education and universal health care. “We need to fulfil his unfinished works”, Bhaumik said. FD JK
