 In Malaysia Open Badminton, Indian shuttler HS Prannoy lost to China’s Li Shifeng 8-21, 21-15, 21-23 in Men’s Singles pre-quarterfinals in Kuala Lumpur today.

Earlier in the day, Women’s doubles pair of Treesa Jolly and Gayatri Gopichand also exited the competition in the Round 16 after losing 21-15, 18-21, 19-21 to China’s Zhang Shuxian and Jia Yifan.
