Leader of the opposition criticize CM on distributing jobs

Agartala, May 1 (FD) The leader of the opposition in Tripura jitendra Chowdhury criticized the Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha on the issue of distributing clean appointment by abiding all rules.
He alleged that the government could not furnish the numbers of total unemployment in the state and always evaded the questions by saying that the information are under collection.
“But our MLAs by applying their intelligence could collect some data by questioning the number of vacant posts in single departments and by adding the figures they could come to know that more than 51000 posts are still lying vacant. They could not collect any data of about 18 departments. If all inputs come then where would go the numbers of unemployed youths in the state”, he asked.
He alleged that by giving only 228 jobs, they claim that they are going to solve the unemployment problems.
More than 20,000 posts are still lying vacant in the state, which is a matter of concern that where the education system is reaching in the state.
“I want to ask question, how the outsiders are getting jobs in our state. And in many cases the outsiders are furnishing forged permanent residence certificates and the Chief Minister is alleging that the process of imparting the jobs is transparent”, he told reporters.
Chowdhury also asked a question that how the ministers and the Chief Minister himself remained present in ‘chakuri mela’? “Even if they organises such melas then the officials could remain present and not the ministers. FD JK
