'Jhoome Jo...': Shah Rukh Khan's 'Pathaan' message for Rinku Singh after IPL heroics

Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood superstar and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) co-owner Shah Rukh Khan was among the countless cricket fans who were in awe of left-handed batter Rinku Singh who pulled off a miraculous win for his side from the cusp of defeat.

Shah Rukh borrowed the line from Jhoome Jo Pathaan song of his last release Pathaan to wish Rinku for his heroics.

After Rashid Khans hattrick of wickets, KKR were in deep trouble in the run-chase against Gujarat Titans (GT) who had 29 runs in the last over to defend.

When most people had lost hope in KKR, Rinku slammed five consecutive sixes in the last over to almost snatch the win from GTs grip.

The southpaws unbeaten 48 off 21 balls helped KKR score 207/7 in reply to GTs 204/4.
