Wellington/IBNS: The first T20I match between India and New Zealand was on Friday called off due to rain.
The match has been called off without a single ball being bowled.

After facing an embarrassing exit from the T20 World Cup, India, under stand-in captain Hardik Pandya, is aiming to bounce back with their New Zealand tour.
Pandya is leading the team in absence of senior players including skipper Rohit Sharma.
The second T20I match will be played on Nov 20.
