In badminton, India’s campaign at the Asia Championships in Ningbo, China, came to an end today as Dhruv Kapila and Tanisha Crasto exited the tournament from the mixed doubles quarterfinals.

The Indian duo was defeated by Hong Kong’s Tang Chun Man and Tse Ying Suet in straight games, 22-20, 21-13. Their loss marks the end of India’s run in the competition, with all other Indian shuttlers having bowed out in the earlier rounds.
