Hindi language is the language that unites all: Sarbananda Sonowal

Union Minister of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways Sarbananda Sonowal has said that the Hindi language is the language that unites all, and it plays an important role in the concept of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat. Delivering the inaugural address at the 83rd convocation of Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha in Chennai, he said that the Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha was working on the notion of Mahatma Gandhi.
On the occasion, the Minister awarded degrees to 8,000 students in the Praveen and Visharad examinations. He also awarded gold medals to students who won the first two positions in the examinations conducted by Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha. The Minister felicitated C. Subramaniam, who served for the development of the Tamil language. The Union Minister also presented awards and medals to scholars who contributed to Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada languages.
