Four Bangladeshis arrested from Dharmanagar

Dharmanagar, Sep 7 (FD) Four Bangladeshi Nationals were arrested from Dharmanagar, the district headquarters of North Tripura today morning for entering into Indian territory without any valid documents, police said.
Police said, four Bangladeshis including two women were loitering near the Dharmanagar LIC Office, when police apprehended them seeing their suspicious movements and later arrested them after being confirmed that they were illegal entrants. They made a plan to travel to Bangalore by train.
They were identified by the police as Mohammad Hanif (50), Mohammad Yusuf Ali (35), Parul Begum and Jasmine Akhtar. All the detained persons hail from Bagerhat in Bangladesh.
They managed to enter through the border at Kailashahar in Unakoti district with the help of a Bangladeshi tout.
When the BSF has tightened their security in the border and police is also alert about the possibility of entry of Islamic radicals and terrorists.
After the former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was forced to flee from Dhaka due to a movement by students with the indulgence of Bangladesh army, it is reported that many dreaded Islamic ultras had entered into Bangladesh from Pakistan and making huge attempts of entering into India for subversive activities.
