Former CM Biplab Kumar Deb leads Bike rally at his home town, Udaipur to popularize ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ prog

Agartala, Aug 12 (FD) Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha along with former chief minister Biplab Kumar Deb, Information and Cultural Affairs Minister Sushanta Chowdhury participated in the ‘Walk With Tiranga’ rally with among others on Friday as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mohotsav to mark the 75th anniversary of the country's independence.
The rally began from Gandhi statue near Circuit House here and traversed through different parts of the capital city.
Dr Saha called upon people of the state to participate in the 'Har Ghar Tinga' programme to be held from August 13 to 15 next.
The Chief Minister in a post from his official tweeter handle wrote, “Glad to attend "Walk with Tiranga" at Agartala. I humbly urge everyone to participate in PM Shri @narendramodi Ji's #HarGharTiranga initiative from 13th to 15th August as a part of #AzadiKaAmritMahotsav.”
Earlier on the day, the Chief Minister participated in the bike rally organized by Ramnagar Mandal activists on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of independence. The rally was held to make the campaign 'Har Ghar Tiranga' successful on the call of Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Meanwhile, Radhakishorepur and Matabari Mandal Yuva Morcha activists organized a bike rally to make tiranga campaign a success as part of Azadi Ka Amrita Mohotsav.
The Former Chief Minister led the rally there in Udaipur.
Biplap Kumar Deb in a social media post expressed his hope that the ‘Harghar Tricolor’ campaign will take historic form with the enthusiastic participation of the youth of the state. FD PD JK
