FM Sitharaman invites US IT industry leaders to explore opportunities for tech collaboration

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Monday met several IT industry leaders in San Francisco, the United States, and invited them to explore opportunities for technical collaboration and investment.

In one-on-one meetings with top CEOs, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman discussed opportunities in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Cloud and digital infrastructure.

The Finance Minister listened to their views on the reforms pursued by the government and gave feedback and observations on the existing policy framework. They spoke about their keen interest and commitment to a deeper and broad-based investment collaboration between the US and India and shared feedback on how to further facilitate and enhance the investment experience.
