Agartala, Jan 13 (FD) Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha in an open appeal to the political leaders on Friday said the doors of the saffron party is open for them to join.
Addressing a gathering after inauguration of the Gomati district party office at Udaipur, he said, “I am asking the leaders of other parties that still there is time for them to join our party, the door is still open”.
He claimed that BJP is a party which works for welfare of common people, which is a proven fact and even during the COVID induced pandemic they distributed food, masks, sanitizer, rations to people.
Drawing a clear line between the party cadres of other parties, Saha, who is also a prominent leader of the saffron party said, BJP Karjyalaya is not only open for the party activists and leaders only, it is also open for common people.
In the BJP Karjyalaya, sometimes they will organise workshops and conduct discussion on Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, Syama Prasad Mukherjee, the works of Modi, and all the central schemes.
Bjp has 42,000 numbers of Pristha promukh, 3324 numbers of booth offices, and seven frontal organizations.
Criticising the leaders of other parties, he alleged that they were shedding “crocodile tears"
before the media about people and their miseries.
“I will say that those leaders should join acting. In Mumbai, for acting, there are many vacancies. They will now be able to travel to Mumbai by train as well”, he said.
He also expressed his confidence that the BJP will win more than 50 seats in the 2023 elections, and that they may even win in 60 seats.
The Chief Minister also inaugurated the party’s Dhalai and North Tripura districts offices on the same day.FD SB JK
