Compartments of double engine train are still open for opposition supporters: CM

Agartala, Feb 04 (FD) In an attempt to woo the opposition voters to the ruling BJP’s party fold just ahead of the ensuing election Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha on Saturday appealed them to get on board in a rail run by the double engine before it is late.
Addressing a large public gathering in support of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) nominated candidate Gautam Sarkar at Laugang of Belonia Legislative Assembly, he said, “The doors of the compartments of the double engine train run by BJP government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi are still open for those who are following CPIM and Congress parties.”
He appealed the opposition party followers to get on the double engine train before It gets late.
Dr Saha said the Prime Minister is running the main engine of the train while the second engine is BJP Tripura government and the activists of the party are its passengers.
Hailing the leadership of Narendra Modi he said, the people of the state are actually want peaceful environment to live and for overall development, and the Prime Minister is working selflessly in this direction.
In this context he the Chief Minister said that the prime minister works around 22 hours every day for the people of the country.
Appealing the voters, Dr. Saha said that the BJP party is the party of the people and the Left Front is the party of inhumans.
"What are the boundaries of Tipraland?" said Dr Saha, taking a dig at the demand for a separate state of 'Tipraland' by Tripra Motha, a regional party in the state that rules TTAADC, which constitutes of two-thirds of the state's territory. FD PD JK
