Agartala, Mar 21 (FD) Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha has taken to the forefront of the Bharatiya Janata Party's campaign, rallying support for the party's candidates in the state. Elections are scheduled for April 19 and April 26 for the West Tripura and East Tripura Lok Sabha constituencies, respectively.
Chief Minister Saha has been actively engaging in a series of public relations campaigns, emphasizing the developmental strides achieved under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Addressing residents in the Kanchanmala area of the Golaghati assembly constituency, Chief Minister Saha highlighted the transformative initiatives spearheaded by the Prime Minister, ranging from advancements in road, rail, air, and internet connectivity to overall infrastructural development. He underscored the pivotal role of Prime Minister Modi as a guarantor of progress and good governance for the nation, asserting the need to strengthen his hand by ensuring victories for BJP candidates in the forthcoming elections.
Venturing door-to-door in booth numbers 10, 15, and 17, Chief Minister Saha engaged directly with constituents, urging them to cast their votes in favor of the BJP's nominees. Amidst warm receptions marked by traditional conch and owl sounds, he disseminated informational leaflets detailing the government's developmental agenda and encouraged voters to align with the BJP's vision for the state's prosperity.
Expressing optimism in the BJP's electoral prospects, Chief Minister Saha envisioned a resounding victory for the party and its allies, reflecting the unwavering confidence and trust placed in Prime Minister Modi by the electorate.
Alongside engaging with traders in the bustling Kanchanmala Bazar, Chief Minister Saha convened with party functionaries and office-bearers, stressing the importance of bolstering organizational strength to secure victory in the polls.
Accompanied by BJP youth leader Navadal Banik and other party functionaries, Chief Minister Saha's presence galvanized support and invigorated the party's election machinery. Beyond the campaign trail, Saha convened with party officials, urging them to redouble efforts to ensure a resounding victory for the BJP in the impending elections. FD SB
