The Chief Minister expressed his delight at meeting the members of the Chinmaya Mission and the participants of the nationwide Chinmaya Amrit Yatra, which was flagged off from Chinmaya Vibhooti in Pune on December 31, 2025, to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Chinmaya Mission. Carrying the sacred Padukas and the inspiring legacy of Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda, the Yatra has travelled nearly 25,000 kilometres across India before reaching Tripura.

The delegation discussed the mission's efforts to spread spiritual awareness, cultural values, and self-development through education and service.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Saha emphasized that transparency and honesty are essential for meaningful service to society. According to him, the Chinmaya Mission has been playing an exceptional role in imparting this wisdom through its teachings and activities.
The Chief Minister said that understanding and guiding the human mind in the right direction is vital for personal growth, and praised the Chinmaya Mission's educational philosophy for helping individuals develop discipline, character, and moral values. Dr. Saha further highlighted that every individual's foremost identity is being a human being and referred to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's commitment to serving the nation as an example of selfless leadership. He said that students and youth who follow the right path become valuable contributors to the development of both the state and the nation.
Expressing confidence in the Mission's continued efforts, the Chief Minister said that the Chinmaya Mission's educational and outreach programmes would play an even greater role in inspiring the younger generation with values, discipline, and national service. He extended his best wishes for the successful continuation of the Chinmaya Amrit Yatra.
