Chief Secretary J.K Sinha relieved from the charge of Principal Secretary of CM

Agartala, Sep 15: In an administrative-level reshuffle, the Chief Secretary J.K Sinha of the state government has been relieved from the charge of Principal Secretary of the Chief Minister, an official release said on Wednesday.

Principal Secretary BS Mishra (IFS) has been given additional charge of Animal Resource Development Department along with Fisheries Department.

Chief Conservator of Forest K Sashi Kumar has been given additional charges of Special Secretary and Director of Animal Resource Development department.

Special Secretary of Animal Resource Development department Tarun Kanti Debnath has been transferred as Secretary of Tripura Public Service Commission while the present Secretary of the Public Service Commission, Nirmal Adhikari has been transferred as  Director of OBC Welfare Department. He will also hold the post of MD of Tripura OBC Co-operative Development Corporation.

Kuntal Das has been appointed as Director of Handloom and Handicraft department.

Additional Secretary Ravel Hemendra Kumar has been given the charges of Director of Industry and Trade Department.
