Capital city to get another flyover connecting Radhanagar Bus stand and IGM hospital Chowmuhani

Agartala, Jan 16 (FD) In a significant development the state government of Tripura decided to construct a new flyover to connect Radhanagar Bus stand and IGM hospital Chowmuhani, officials said today.

Officials said, ’An eleven member committee was formed to supervise the works. It is a major effort to ease the traffic jam and to improve transport infrastructure.  It is also an effort by the government to modernize the Agartala city”.

Sources said that soil testing for the project has started and soils from different parts of the route would be collected and examined, adding that soil testing is an important task for installation of such projects, specially the design of the structure.

With the completion of the flyover the commuters will get a lot of comforts, improve connectivity in the busiest roads and improve transport networks. FD JK
