BSF tackles New Border challenge in Coochbehar with precision and professionalism

Guwahati, Aug 9 (FD) The Border Security Force (BSF) under the Guwahati Frontier successfully managed a significant and unprecedented challenge along the India-Bangladesh border in Coochbehar District, West Bengal.

Around 1,000 individuals, believed to be Bangladeshi nationals, approached the international border seeking refuge in India. This situation presented a unique test for the BSF, which is primarily responsible for securing India's borders with Bangladesh and Pakistan.
