BSF shoots dead Pakistani intruder in Ferozepur sector during wee hours

Border Security Force (BSF) has shot dead a Pakistani intruder in the Ferozepur sector during the wee hours today.

BSF sources said that taking advantage of the darkness, he was purposefully moving towards the Border Security Fence after crossing the IB when the vigilant troops neutralised him. His body has been handed over to the police.

Meanwhile, the Attari Border, which was closed yesterday for the general public who came to watch the famous retreat ceremony, has been closed till further notice.
