BJP works in transparent manner to deliver good governance: CM

Agartala, Dec 22 (FD) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) works in a transparent manner with the motto of delivering good governance, Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha said on Thursday.
Addressing a public rally organized by Yuva Morcha at Fatikroy, in Unakoti district, about 120 km, Dr Saha said, “BJP not only believes in good politics but it is also a spiritual party which works for society. The party works in a transparent manner with the motto ofdelivering good governance.”
In this context he claimed that no one can impose allegations of corruption against the party as there was no dearth of transparency during its 57 months long rule in the state, he added.
He pointed out several developmental initiatives that have been undertaken in a transparent manner by the BJP-led government.
The Chief Minister said his government is working tirelessly to ensure that the people of the state remember the party for long.
“Election will come and go, we will work in such a manner that people will remember us for the rest of their lives,” he said.
He was accompanied by All India Yuva Morcha president Tejasvi Surya, BJP state president Rajib Bhattacharjee, Minister Bhagaban Das, local MLA Sudhangshu Das, the Pradesh General Secretary Tinku Ray, the state Pradesh Yuva Morcha president Nabadal Banik and other leaders.
Later in the afternoon, the Chief Minister laid the foundation of Dhamma Dipa International Buddhist University at Sabroom. He also addressed a public rally there in presence of other dignitaries. FD PD JK
