BJP holds booth Sashaktikaran Abhiyan ahead of Lok Sabha elections

Agartala, Apr 22 (FD) With the aim of strengthening the organization up to the booth level ahead of upcoming Lok Sabha election, Tripura Pradesh Unit of BJP organized a Booth Sashaktikaran Abhiyan in presence of BJP National Secretary Dr Asha Lakra at RS Bhavan here on Saturday.

Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha inaugurated the programme organized on the occasion auspicious Akshaya Tritiya and Bhagwan Parashuram Jayanti.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Saha said that the Booth Sashaktikaran Abhiyan aimed at strengthening the organization before Lok Sabha elections.

“We are determined to present two lotuses from the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Tripura to Prime Minister Narendra Modi by strengthening the organization up to the booth level,” Dr Saha said.

He was hopeful that all executives will take a stronger role in focusing organizational work more intently towards achieving this goal.

Former Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb, Former Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Dev Varma, the Party state president Rajib Bhattacharjee, MP Rebati Tripura, MLA Kishore Barman and other leaders attended the programme.

Earlier on Saturday, BJP National Secretary, who also holds the post of Mayor in Ranchi Dr. Lakra paid a courtesy visit to Tripura Chief Minister’s official residence.
