Basic services for people are catered with transparency in Tripura: CM

Agartala, Dec 03 (FD) The facilities of different schemes and services of the government are being catered to the people of the state with transparency, Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha has said on Friday.
“The government is working for the welfare of people of all sections regardless of political affiliation. The government is working with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's `Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas' policy,” Dr Saha said after laying foundation stone of new DM office at Batrashi in Dharmanagar and after inaugurating Paver Block Road, BADP scheme and District-Level Sushason Mela and Lavarthi Sanmelan.
The Chief Minister said, all kinds of schemes and services of the central and state government are being delivered rapidly to the people through the Prati Ghare Sushason campaign.
The new DM office will be built at the cost of 23 crore 45 lakh 50 thousand rupees. 9 crore 47 lakh rupees will be spent on 39 BADP schemes in the district, he added.
The length of 102 Paver’s Block and CC road is 50.68 km, the Chief Minister said.
Deputy Speaker of Tripura Legislative Assembly Biswa Bandhu Sen, MLA Binoy Bhusan Das, MLA Malina Debnath and TIDC Chairman Tinku Roy were also present in the programme.
As part of his two-day North Tripura district visit, the Chief Minister later went on to visit Piyaracherra Tea Estate area of Kadamtala block of Dharmanagar sub-division. There he interacted with Ranibari tea garden workers.
