Agartala, Oct 21 (FD) A tow-day-long workshop for media professionals will be heldto improve the professional standards of journalists in the state and to inform them about the use of modern technology in journalism.
Associate professor of the journalism department of Chittagong University and international multimedia trainer, Rajib Nandi, will be the trainer in the workshop.
While Md. Masud and Emadul Hasan are staying as assistant trainers.
In this two-day workshop, training will be given on web journalism, mobile journalism, news editing, camera framing, camera sound and lighting, the dangers of fake news, ways to recognise fake news on the internet, technical aspects of mobile live, the ethics of mobile journalism, and more.
Journalists and photojournalists who wish to undergo training in this workshop are requested to register at the Agartala Press Club by October 15.
Enrolment is mandatory for training in the workshop. During the two-day workshop, only a working lunch will be provided to the trainees by the Agartala Press Club; the club will not bear any travel or accommodation expenses.
