A new judge for Tripura High Court to join soon

Agartala, Oct 1 (FD) The collegiums of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Uday Umesh Lalit on September 28 recommended the transfer of Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh of the Jharkhand High Court to the Tripura High Court.

Apresh Kumar Singh, who joined the Jharkhand High Court as a judge 11 years ago, will join in the seat of Tripura High Court which was fell vacant after Justice Subhashis Talapatra was transferred to the Odisha High Court.

He was a senior judge in the Jharkhand High Court. He joined as a judge in January 2012.
