48-year TSR jawan died in road mishap at Ranir Bazar

Agartala, Sep 7: In a road mishap, a 48-year old TSR jawan was died when the motor bike he riding was head on collided with a speeding Scooty on Wednesday.

The incident took place at Ranir Bazar petrol pump area under Jirania Sub-division on.

The deceased- Swapan Modak (48), a jawan of the 7th battalion of TSR reportedly died on the spot.

Swapan was a resident of Kalyanpur area under Khowai district and was posted in Khowai. The body was handed over to the family members of the deceased after postmortem at GBP hospital.
